Building Directory

When you install a one of our programmable signs, an constantly-current building directory finally becomes a reality. Our software can maintain a database of your tenants that can be updated in a matter of minutes. When a tenant moves out, or a new one moves in, the change can be reflected in the directory immediately. Costly directory rebuilds become a thing of the past.

You can also include a message line can be included below each tenant's name to convey specific information important to that tenant, such as business hours, phone number, etc.

Displays Messages Too

The Datasave Directory can also show messages about your facility and services. Hours of operation, grettings, emergency warnings or special events are just some of the many possibilities.

For Larger Buildings

Buildings with a large number of tenants can use as many displays placed side by side as needed. Since they're all controlled by a single PC, the group effectively functions as one huge sign. And, of course, the whole thing can be configured and updated remotely.
