Multiple Signs and a Multitude of Messages

Datasave software not only lets you remotely configure and update an individual sign; it allows you to simultaneously control up to 64 signs from a single PC! You can "broadcast" the same message to several signs at once, or show unique information on each sign.

In this diagram, a group of signs is used to display the schedules for three conference rooms. The large sign in the lobby shows a complete listing, while the smaller signs near the rooms themselves show the correct information for that location.

And of course, with the software's database and auto-update features, the schedule could be entered in advance and then automatically displayed at the right time on each sign.
