Datasave signs can be updated automatically - without operator attention. Information for upcoming events can be entered in advance and programmed to display at any future date and time. You can also set the display to update itself at any time interval you choose; hourly, every four hours, daily...whatever suits your needs. The software will automatically overwrite the old message with the new one at the appointed time.

For example, a user could enter a conference room's reservation schedule for an entire year, and the sign would automatically display the correct information for the current week, for the next 52 weeks, with no further input!
